Getting Your Alberta Covid Vaccine Record
You can download and print your Alberta Vaccine Record - including the QR code - from this website. No registration is required. To access your COVID-19 records, you need your health care number, date of birth and the month and year one of your vaccinations was administered. Our understanding is that the Registries office in Turner Valley (Western Financial office) will also print your Vaccine Record free of charge - and for a small fee they will also laminate it. Alberta vaccine records with QR codes will be the only valid Alberta proof of vaccination accepted by operators participating in the Restriction Exemption Program as of November 15. More info .... |
