The Seeding Round

After rankings are determined in the round robin, teams will be placed into pools according to their ranking.  A mini round robin will be played within each pool, to determine playoff positions.  At the end of the mini round robin the team finishing last in pool "A" will drop to pool "B", the team finishing last in "B" will drop to pool "C".
The playoffs will start with 4 teams in "A", and 5 teams in "B" and "C".
